You may cancel your order within 30 days, for any reason, and without needing to explain why.

The cancellation window begins on the day:

• You receive the product, or

• A third party you designate (who is not the carrier) receives the product on your behalf

To exercise your right to cancel, simply notify us with a clear statement of your decision.

2. Refunds (Physical Products)

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 30 days.

• Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase

• No additional fees will be charged for processing your refund

3. Conditions for Returns (Physical Products)

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

• The item was purchased within the last 30 days

• The item is unused and in its original packaging

4. Items That Cannot Be Returned

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

• Personalized or custom-made items

• Items that naturally deteriorate or expire

• Items that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed

• Items that become inseparably mixed with other products after delivery

We reserve the right to decline any return that does not meet these conditions.

5. Digital Products & Downloads

Due to the nature of digital content, all digital products are non-refundable and non-returnable once access has been granted or the file has been downloaded.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Digital journals and planners

• Printable PDFs

• Downloadable workbooks

• Digital affirmation cards or prompt decks

• Wallpapers, templates, and other digital resources

By purchasing a digital product from Mind Your Co.™, you acknowledge that:

• You receive immediate access to the content

• You waive the right to cancel or request a refund once the download is delivered

6. Returning Your Item (Physical Products)

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning your item.

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. Refunds can only be issued once the item is received or proof of delivery is provided.

7. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you:

• You will receive a gift credit for the value of the return once the item is received

If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver shipped it to themselves first:

• The refund will be issued to the original purchaser
